The parent or guardian authorizes the student to take part in the program on the basis that the student meets the physical requirements specified by law for issuance of a motor vehicle operator’s license.
The student must be at least 15 years and 6 months old (verification by birth certificate required).

Services completed or not completed are non-refundable.
2. Pickup & Drop
Pass Guarantee Driving School will pick up and drop off students at pre-determined times and approved service regions.
Any changes to pickup or drop locations must be authorized by the office and parents/guardians for minors.

4. Payment Policy
- Payment is due before lessons begin
- Credit cards can be processed online or over the phone
- Certificate fee for teenagers is $25
- Additional DMV time is charged at $25 per 30 minutes
Instructors reserve the right to refuse vehicle rental for DMV tests if driving is considered unsafe.
5. Appointment Booking
Appointments are not scheduled via email.
Students must schedule online through their student account or contact the office directly.
6. Cancellation Policy
Appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 30 hours before the lesson.
Late cancellations will result in a $50 fee and temporary account deactivation until payment.
7. Returned Checks
A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.
8. Instructor Requests
Specific instructor requests are not guaranteed, although the school will try to accommodate preferences.
9. Weather & Emergency Conditions
Lessons may be cancelled due to severe weather, vehicle issues, emergencies, or school closures.
10. Student Requirements
- Prescription glasses must be worn if required
- Closed-toe shoes are recommended
- Sunglasses are recommended during daytime driving
11. Electronic Devices
Cell phones, headphones, and electronic devices are not permitted during driving lessons.
12. Lesson Completion
Students have one year to complete all driving sessions.
13. Session Breaks
A short 3–5 minute break may be taken during 2-hour sessions.
14. Social Media Consent
Students authorize the school to post passing photos on social media unless requested otherwise.
15. Non-Disparagement Agreement
Clients agree not to publish false or harmful statements, reviews, or comments regarding the school or instructors.
The school will attempt to resolve any unsatisfactory teaching concerns professionally.
16. Completion Certificate
Teenagers require a DL 400D completion certificate.
Lost certificates require a $25 reissue fee.
17. Pass Guarantee Licensing Program
The Pass Guarantee Program costs $3500 and includes sufficient training sessions to help students pass their driving exam.

18. Vehicle Recording Devices
All vehicles are equipped with audio and video recording devices.
19. Sexual Harassment Policy
Sexual harassment of any type is strictly prohibited.
Complaints should immediately be reported to the office and local authorities when necessary.
20. Package Upgrade Policy
Purchased packages cannot be upgraded or exchanged for another package.
